CMI Industrial undertakes its core operations through four different business arms:

• Engineered Components - manufacturer of a range of seat belt, suspension and brake components, and inlet and exhaust manifolds for Australia’s leading car makers and major suppliers to this industry. Brake components manufactured by CMI Industrial are also exported to the US.
• Toowoomba Metal Technologies - manufacturer of cast iron truck and trailer wheel components, railway wagon and locomotion axle boxes, centrifugal pumps, automotive components and water reticulation pipe fittings.
• CMI Water - manufacturer of poly water tanks for the residential and rural markets.
• US Operations - distribution of CMI Industrial manufactured brake components in the US, including to major car makers Ford and General Motors, via leading distributors including Bosch.
